I'd be surprised if they don't get caught up in trademark litigation. There's another product called Shiny Hiney. It's from the equine field and aids foals with diarrhea.

There's generally no issue with trademark infringement unless a reasonable person would confuse the products. So, just ask yourself if you're likely to confuse your own parts with a horse's behind.

The only other thing I have to say is that I wish I had Kristen Bell's dress, just not in yellow.
