is there a bug where when u ban someone for life they are still able to message u and come in your room?????? cuz this is happening to me all the time now.. im banning people and they still come in my room and message me

I learned that if I want to really be rid of someone on MFC, I need to click ban...ignore (You can go into 'Options and Settings' on the model web broadcaster to do both)...and block them from profile wall posts (Can do this from your model profile area). I have my profile wall totally disabled because the posts I was getting on there were dumb anyway, and usually from people who never tipped.

If that person is still finding their way into your room, e-mail MFC and have them look into it. Maybe there's some way they can ban them for you on their end. I've had to do that once before with Streamate with a member who always bolted from my room before I had time to click his name to ban him.

Make sure you're extending your bans to lifetime. If you just click ban once from the model broadcaster, the default is short (can't remember if it's a day or a month). From model broadcaster, click their name again after you ban and open a PM window (this is the easiest way) and click extend ban. Or you can go here and do it from the admin page https://profiles.myfreecams.com/_/ext/bans

Also as noted above also put them on IGNORE. Otherwise a ban only keeps them out of your room, not from messaging, tipping, or mailing you.

I did all of this and he was still in my room begging to be a room helper as always..
