initial reply, no follow up after one week

long time (10+ year) affiliate.

I've got a few things going on which I discussed with someone from support via email, they last replied on March 11 2025.
Our discussion was cordial and they indicated that my account could be re-activated if I followed through with some requests, which I have done, and that they were available for further questions.
I haven't heard from them since then.
I've uploaded a new current ID, the W9 form they requested, and made the requested changes to my websites.
Presently, my account is still banned, my tax filing deadline is approaching (I need a 1099), and I haven't received a payment since January.
Can someone please help me sort this? I have no idea what's going on, it seems like whoever was assigned my ticket was reassigned or maybe is on leave or something.
