Import / Export data for "Follows" and "Notes"?

Hi,

Is it possible to add a feature to allow a user to be able to import and export data between accounts?

The data I mean is the list of Cam Models that I follow, and any Notes that I have added to Models & Users?
Something like a simple CSV file would do.
