I'm stuck on proof of address. I took a photo of a 17-page bank statement, complete with the bank's name, my name, and my address (it matches the address I provided to Streamate). But I was rejected. So I asked the bank to email me a pdf of the bank statement, when I provided it to Streamate, I still got rejected.

I commit that the document I provided to Streamate is an official document, There is a bank confirmation stamp for both documents, clearly displaying the bank's name, my name, and my address. Have you tried using a utility bill (internet, heat/hydro, etc)? They never approved me when I used bank/credit card statements.

Well, I don't have a bank, I only have Paxum, they don't approve. I even went to pay for the waste and had a document issued with the address of the office and my address where I live and the amount of reimbursement for the waste. The document showed my address and payment and my full name, they didn't approve it. So I ditched it and went to work on the Stripchat site.

Hello again! The Paxum statement is not eligible as they are one of our banking partners, through whom we issue our payments to the performers.
Therefore, it is a conflict of interest and that is why we cannot accept bank statement from Paxum.

If you have another proof of address document, you can upload it on your account.

Acceptable Proof of Address Documents:
* Utility Bills: Water, Gas, Electric, Sewer, Trash
* Communication: Mobile Phone, Landline, Internet, Cable Television
* Banking: Full Bank Statements showing Daily Transactions
* Credit Cards: Full Credit Card Statements showing Daily Transactions
* U.S. Post Office Proof of Address Change and/or P.O. Box Ownership (if applicable - to accompany above document)

Proof of Address Documents Must:
* Show All Pages
* Show Company Details from Service Provider or Banking Entity (name, logo, location, website, etc)
* Be Under 90 Days Old
* Show Full Name (First & Last)
* Show Full Address (House, building, apartment, flat number / City / State / Country / Postal Code)
* Show Account History or Daily Transactions
