ID Verification Keeps Getting Rejected

My previous ID has expired. I received my new state ID late Monday afternoon, and have since submitted and been denied 7 times since then. I am well above legal age. I have had some communication from support, but no one will tell me why it keeps getting denied.

Since this post I have submitted my ID and selfie again, and again was denied with the reason given as "Could not verify, Please contact support with your person code"

I have contacted support with my person code, but they haven't been particularly helpful. I don't know what to do at this point. This is now the 8th time I have submitted my info. Each submission takes hours to process. I don't know what to do at this point.

I have been trying to get my ID veriefied through the system since Monday afternoon. I have submitted my ID and selfie 11 different times. I am desperate for help on this. I have been contacting support, but seem to only receive sort of auto-responses. I really need to find out what I need to do to resolve this as soon as possible.

I am begging for assistance with this.
