i have change to premium member today, however i am unable to login to my account with my previous id password or the id & password given by epoch (third party) who can help ??

I have already mail webmaster of MFC but its been 3 hrs now, no news form them, this is really frustrating, anyone know a way out

When you make a payment, there is a window that pops up that gives some other password. I've never tried it, nor bothered to find out what it's about.
