Hello! For the past two days I’ve been trying to get my age verified but it keeps declining saying that it could not be verified and to reach out to support with my person code. which I have but I haven’t received a response and I’ve tried several times in several different lightings and such. It’s starting to get very frustrating because I don’t know how to fix it. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

When I had this issue with CB verification, it was because my phone wasn't activating the back camera properly. It was very blurry and unfocused. I clicked the button to switch to the front camera, and for some strange reason, it cleared up the back camera's image, and I was able to finish verification.

Try hitting the "switch to front cam" button. Maybe it will help you too.

There is a possibility that this particular identifier, for some reason, cannot pass automatic verification.You might want to try another ID, such as a driver's license or passport.

This might sound really dumb and I’m horrible with technology but how do I switch it because I haven’t seen that button before when scanning my Drivers License is there something specific I have to do

This might sound really dumb and I’m horrible with technology but how do I switch it because I haven’t seen that button before when scanning my Drivers License is there something specific I have to do
Mine just looked like a rotating arrow near the bottom of the screen. It's been very long since I've verified on CB, so it may be different now, or not available with your phone.
