Work for a study where I had an account ,,, I will now start 2022, working as models from home ,,, but streammate says that I can not open new account, and the study does not send mail to cancel this account. ..what should I do?..

Hi, if you streamed more than 10 hours on your previous account registered under the studio, without being released by them from the protection, you will not be able to work on a new account for 6 months (applied from the last stream).
