I was given a Chaturbate warning. What do I do from here?

When I logged in this morning to stream a warning popped up saying "Please remove the links in your bio where you are adverting other accounts. It violates our TOS and will result in your account being banned."

I responded by saying "I have no issue removing these links but I'm very confused. What links do I have that are linking to other accounts? What type of accounts? Do you mean other Chaturbate accounts? The only links on my page direct to my twitter, instagram, amazon wishlist, and manyvids. Which of these links are not allowed?

I took a screenshot of the warning with my response and sent an additional email to Chaturbate support. That was 6 hours ago and I've heard nothing. I'm sure they're busy over there, I totally understand that. But damn, I lost out on a days worth of pay for an issue that doesn't even exist.

Just wondering if anyone here has seen something similar or knows a better way for me to get in touch with them? I don't want to stream without addressing the issue first cause I'm not about to get banned for this nonsense.

Maybe the mention of Circle Pay? That would be circumventing tokens via CB, so I doubt that's allowed.
Is ManyVids allowed?

Ahhhh okay maybe that's it. I've got no problem taking that out of the bio but it would be nice if someone from support could give me a definitive answer before I redo the whole thing. I see lots of other girls with their ManyVids linked so I've always assumed it was fine. If I hear differently, I'll be sure to let y'all know!

It's possible that's just the terminology in their canned message sent to anyone with that warning.

Manyvids was tolerated but could be they have or will change on that since the their takeover project it means manyvids does streams which would conflict with cb tos. If you advertize outside pay programs (though text or link) that would definitly be cb nono.

Manyvids is still allowed I think.. at least I still see girls with MV in their bio.

Thank you so much for your help, y'all are wonderful! I guess I'll go ahead and redo my bio in case it's an issue with circle pay. If it's anything concerning ManyVids, I'll update y'all as well
