I have been a member for a while even dabbled in streaming I had just submitted my stuff for age verification and was approved. Was talking with a 40 -year-old model and suddenly my account was banned. I wasn’t even talking rude or anything. I was asking her about her day. Any help would be appreciated as support has not reached back out to me and it’s been about 10 ish hrs waiting

All right, so update. Apparently, my account was created before I officially turned 18 even though I’ve Been older than 18 for 10 years almost 11… and I’ve had the age verification done before and was approved … so I guess I just lose my entire account as a almost 30-year-old man

Yea , i get that people make mistakes and all that (nobody is perfect ) but that was also 10 almost 11years ago and I had already done 1 or 2 age verification checks in the past Sent in pictures of my id and everything just odd it hit now after all that time

The ban on the site says you may have violated tos. And just says account banned and emails just say they terminated the account so idk for sure

Even if it was one minute before midnight on your 18th birthday, you were still a minor and there is a zero tolerance policy for minors accessing content on adult sites.
