punker barbie is the rep for chaurbate and charlie is no longer the SC rep here. @Stella_SC might be able to help.

Sounds like all you should need to do is sign up for a model account and submit verification. Be sure you set up a model account and not a "user" account. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage and click on "become a model"

I'm sure @Stella_SC will be by soon enough to confirm this as well, but Stripchat is not allowing models from your region.

The answer is no. Strip cash as you know is their affiliate program completely separate and what do you mean "fully verified" I don't recall taking pictures while holding up a paper with writing on it to get approved for strip cash.
