i need advise about suspended account

Hello, my nickname is intimatevoyager
My account was suspended at 24 December because of self-harm, it was a joke and I had no intention of harming myself
after that i got new reply of support

so I sent them that im ready to rejoin and text them again at 11 January

and they didnt replied me yet

Has anyone encountered this?

Protective suspensions typically last a few (3) months or more at a minimum.
