I Had to ask here! I need some help.

Hello to everybody,

First of all, this is my first comment here and I hope some answers or helping. Second, I'm sorry for posting here, but this was the only place where I though to ask something like this.

I'm a latin men who is interested to learn, share my experience and receive some help when I really need it, sometimes I´d rather to receive it directly from an experienced Model, because my condition could be little diferent.

I have a little studio In my country, but just are 10 girls whose camscore is low, but some of them speaks English and are interesting girls. I would like to help them because they deserve it and it could increase a little bit their camscore and meeting more people. One question, for example, is what do I have to do for getting the best lighting?

If they have model accounts, then they should be able to get model status here. That would enable them to look at the model's only section where there is a bunch of info on camming.

Therionxxx there are quite a few great posts in the public area regarding lighting and general information in for basic camming, the search function is your friend here on the site. have the girls get confirmed as models here at ACF if they are wanting to get into the female models only section, rumor has it they have pillow fights and talk about us guys in there, not sure tho :crybaby:

The ladies here are all great and share some of their experiences with the general public and give some hints and tips to the new and established models without hesitation. Good luck on the studio and if you are trying to get things set up for the girls, make sure you have a little capital to invest into getting them set up the right way. A little pre-planning can pay back what you put in relatively quickly. Treat the girls with respect and make it a decent work environment and they may stay for a long time. :twocents-02cents:

Yes Of course, I can prove that I have access to their accounts, and I could say that they would open their own accounts and ask by theirselves but they don't speak English because they are latin girls, so, I just like to help them with some ideas to increase their earnings. Thank you .

My advice to the girls working for you would be to to get away from you. They can do this on their own without you taking another percentage of the money they earn.

Yeah yeah you provide them with a place to work, a computer, internet access or a bank account and it is possible that some of the girls might need this to get started but once they know they do not have to pay you a ridiculous percentage, for in many cases doing nothing, I hope they leave quickly.

What I meant was I'm not sure that Amber will give verified status to someone working for a studio when you've just admitted that you could access their information (MFC mail, etc.) which would then let you access our information. You are not a model, you're a studio owner and your job as a studio owner is to have all of this information available for them -- that's why you take a percentage, correct?

They would not get access. The MO section is intended for girls who are independent models. This studio owner needs to provide them with the assistance himself to earn his portion of their income.

lighting, sound set ups etc are all things you should have had in place BEFORE you opened a studio.

What are they giving you a portion of their income for?

good lighting depends on your set up but you basically just need a three point light set up - google will help you there. Its very simple.

If you dont know all this stuff already, what are you possibly going to do for these girls that they can't do for themselves? You're way ahead of yourself if you opened a studio while not even having lighting stuff already set up

Im sure theres tons of info on lighting and camera stuff on portuguese and spanish sites, hell Google Chrome has built-in translation.

Oh I understand and know a little about the system. If you explained to them how easy it is to go it on their own you would not be making any money off of them. It is possible you might be one of the good guys that run one of these studios but those are so few I am playing the odds. Not trying to be deliberately rude to you but most people do not have a high opinion of studio owners in the camming business.
