I am a studio. My model is currently having a problem that I find very funny.
We have been dealing with the support team for two months now with no results.
My problem was simple as the support team automatically rejected my sample document in September 2024
And they said that my sample document is affected by the business policy they put in place
I am feeling this issue is not true
Because the policy is in place to apply to everyone present on stripchat
But no it only happens to my model alone
My issue here is that I have been racially discriminated against by the support team as every time I send a message they say that my area is not allowed to register new people.
Oh I'm not asking them to accept a new application or a new account
My sample document is still active in September 2024
And was refused vaguely then I asked them to refund and they refused.
I want to ask if you are really working professionally?
Even a child reading this article can understand how unfair your racism towards my models is to us.
And you refuse to admit your mistake after your own support team automatically rejected the material, not the studio that deleted it or the model that deleted it themselves.
So I would like to ask that when the support team has automatically rejected the document, who should we look for to resolve this?
I have seen many incidents on this acf about documents being blocked by mistake.
And all models are restored without uploading any new registration or new documents.
Only my model you guys say is unacceptable this proves you are racially discriminating against us
It doesn't just simply reject my sample documents anymore
If you guys are Fair all models should be treated the same because my model profile is a year old not a new registration or a new account.
So you can tell me that a new document or a new registration cannot be accepted.
How we signed the agreement before working on street chat
