I am the owner of the account _cristysanz with the initials JCRU, and I am having a problem with the creation of that account because it is automatically banned, I contacted support and they have not been able to give me a response, I do not understand if in an account that I had name Bellas20003 they put my document without consent or they used my document I don't understand. And what happens is that I have received good references from chaturbate and I would like to work on it since it catches my attention a lot.

You may have not personally appeared on broadcast, but perhaps your identification documents were used for someone else. In either case, the personal identity is banned from the platform. Doesn't matter how many new accounts are created using that identity.

The corresponding communication was made to support but they argue that she did something wrong but it can be assured with certainty that she has never been on the platform. chaturbate and they didn't solve my problem...

Anyway, best of luck to you. Chaturbate isn’t the only cam site out there, so maybe look into applying to one (or more) of the other cam sites. And, in the future, please don’t ask cam site members to “help you unblock your account.” That’s never a good idea, and the reps. aren’t gonna be discussing your personal business with a member just because he claims to be your friend. Only YOU should be communicating with support reps. about your account. Plus a lot of these men love to play the white knight and act like they care about helping you…but they often times just have an agenda.

Yeah that's a studio, the first post you quoted, when he talks about the second model it:

"By mistake of a colleague, I gave him a document that did not belong to the model and he accidentally and unintentionally banned the model."

Makes it obvious.

I wonder if that wrong ID belonged to the OP.
