I am new and question on payment?

Hi everyone Its my 4th night doing mfc and had a quick question as far as payment goes.

I know that its .05 cents per token.

I set up direct deposit through sgmodeling.com that is where i applied for mfc. Has anyone done it through there as well?
Also I started my 1st night October 30th, and my 2nd night Oct 31st and made 8998 tokens total. So wondering thats about 449.90? and payment gets sent out on the 1st? and if so would i get paid for those 2 days even though those were my first 2 days and so close to the pay date? Also it is now nov. 2nd and havent gotten any money deposited into my account? Any suggestions or if anyone has had this problem before?

Hi, Roxi. You are correct that 8998 tokens is about $449.90.

You will get the tokens you earned on the 30th and 31st. For whatever reason, if they don't pay you for one pay period, the tokens will just rollover and you will get them the next pay period. I started MFC on the 28th of that month and I was still paid for those days.

Generally, direct deposit takes several days to go through. I always got my direct deposit around the 4th and the 20th of the month.

It looks like you signed up via a Studio, who will take part of your income. So you probably will NOT get .05 per token.

Edit: Also, are you aware that you have nearly an identical name to another MFC/ACF member?

Yes I do realize that. I didnt know that when I was signing up until someone told me, but mine is RoxiRed hers is RoxieRed. And thank you, I hope I get it on the 4th then. I was just curious because its now the 3rd and I still havent gotten anything.

ehmmmm I probably sound like a broken record as I've complained about this all over the site but I accidentally signed up through an online studio as well... got .04 instead... and one week they didnt pay me until like the 6th of the month.

had em delete me and start over directly through MFC. get my 5 cents and my instant payment. If this is a concern for you it's better to do it now while you've just started. I was only at it a few months but it was still hard hit to get people to find me again... also had to deal with customers like ummm your not new??? allll pissy about it because they don't realize how things can be

Yeah, this confused me when you followed me because I know RoxieRed. Have you considered changing your name since it's almost identical to another popular model? You should still be able to.

Especially if she'd like to be an independent model instead of a studio model. Setting up new account directly with MFC with an original name sounds win/win to me!

And yes Aedan I have thought about it (btw huge fan totally love you girl) but for the past 4 nights I have been doing pretty good just starting as a new model on mfc not sure if I want to start over and change my name and stuff. I didnt realize at the time that it was an unoriginal name, my name is Roxanne and people usually call me as my nickname little red.

Girl, I was on MFC for over 6 months with the first name I had. And I warned everyone for two weeks before changing it and guess what? People stuck around. I kept the same avatar so people could still find me easily.

You dont make it into the most popular room from your name, you do it from YOU. I dont know why you wouldnt want to have an original name. Why deal with the confusion when your still very much new enough to change it

Also, one cent may not seem like much, but it adds up very much in the long run...

4 cents vs 5 cents might not seem like much, but it's still 1/5th of your entire income from the site. It's a big deal in the long run + you can control all your payments and have less chance of problems and delays in the future.

I hope you won't take offense that I'm siding with Ana on the issue with your name, it is YOU that gets to the top of the popular room list (it's not due to your name but rather your personality & sex appeal - which you seem to have lots of). It's very early in the game for you and creating a new, original name would be easier to do now than later down the road.

Of course, the decision is your own but it's shocking to see a new model with a name similar to another popular model on the site. I'm sure this was a coincidence but do you want people to think that you're trying to ride off her popularity (which you are not but that could be what members of the site think)? If I had found out that I had the same name as another girl shortly after becoming a cam model, I would have changed it. Not only for myself (being able to have a brand name that was unique & original) but also out of respect of the other model & her fans who love her dearly. Just my :twocents-02cents:

Aside from all of those other reasons to think about changing your name, it's probably pretty offensive to the model who has been actively camming under an almost identical name for a long time if you keep it as is. :twocents-02cents:

I feel like you all think I did this on purpose lol, which I really didn't intend to do. I've used the name RoxiRed under other things besides caming in the adult world, and I also found out there is another Roxi Red too? But she is african american. There are many other models on other sites I found with the same name too as Roxies, but I do see everyones concern. I did add Roxie Red on her twitter, I wanted to message her to apologize, because I'm sure that she knows by now someone has a name just like hers. And no I'm not taking what any of you are saying offensively I appreciate it alot, I really do! I kinda feel bad now because I feel like I'm disrespecting her now. If any of you talk to her, please let her know I am sincerely sorry :/ I will find out how to do all that you said about going and doing it right from mfc.

Thanks ladies for expressing my thoughts and concerns on the problems with confusion and showing respect to another model and her fanbase.

I can relate to your situation of having already worked under another name previous to MFC.
Before starting on MFC, I had been working under the name FoxyRoxie.

When I signed up for MFC, I found that there was another model named FoxyRoxy, and even though her name was spelled different from mine, I decided to choose this name after some thought and research. At that point, I went through all the possible spellings of RoxieRed to make sure it wasn't too similar to someone already on the site. I wanted my own brand.
In the long run I have grown to love and embrace my name as Roxie Red more than I ever did as Foxy Roxie. I put more of myself into this name than my previous one. It helps me to evoke exactly who I want to be on cam and in real life.

Thank you again everyone, for the advice on payment I had. The studio just messaged me back saying that I do get the .05 cents per token. Don't worry. I'm already making a new myfreecams directly through myfreecams.com. The only downside is, I'm losing all the tokens I made already for november.

Awesome! Glad you caught it early!
Why would you lose all the tokens you've already earned? Does the studio not still pay you out what you made?
Also, Don't forget to tell everyone your new name (thank god for twitter and newsfeeds) so they can find you!
