How would you react if you met a premium member in real life

Havent found a topic on this, so here goes.

This question applies to all models. How would you react if someone recognized you on the streets or somewhere in everyday life.

Say if a nice enough guy approached you and say "Oh, youre _____ on myfreecams.com , nice to meet you "

I ask this because, I happen to run across actual MFC models in public places such as train transportation and even at the hospital I work as an on call nurse at. Both times I recognized someone that works on MFC I just chose to stay quiet (when i saw them) but asked them in private message on MFC and in which they confirmed that was them I saw.


How would you handle the situation?

If it was someone I enjoy, I'd probably stop, throw em a hug and see if they had time for a beer. If I didn't recognize/like them I'd just say Hi and smile and keep walking.

Totally depends on how they approach, where I am, whats going on etc.

If I'm alone. Don't approach me. Ever. I'm sorry, I'm paranoid.

If I'm at a public event (i've been recognized at kink events before) its fine to say hello. Don't assume im not with family, or friends that might not know i cam - so don't 'out me'. Ideally you'll ask if you can have a quick word in my ear - i'll be out of earshot but not sight of my friends/master/ppl im with and you'll mention where you know me from.

Be non-threatening, identify yourself "im user xyz" quickly and dont follow me home.

As long as it was someone i knew, in a public place, and he came across non-threatening I would love to hang out/hug/chat etc.

Occasionally I will twitter when Im going to be at 'x' bar or 'x' party and i'm happy for people to approach me at those kinds of things. Those would feel much safer than something out of the blue..

Well, I think it depends on how you approach the situation. I've had a couple run ins with people online, good and bad.

The best was when the guy who recognized me that worked at my school. He said that he was going to give me a secret handwave when he saw me, and if I did it back, then he knew it was okay to talk to me. I never saw him or the wave, perhaps he was too nervous to actually do it, but I knew what to look for and I had the option to say no if I wanted to. And if he had waved, I would have said hello. :]

Worst was when I was at a concert with a bunch of my friends and a guy came up to me.. and he decided he didn't want to tell me who he was, he would just try to make ME guess who he was by telling me ALL the information he knew about me and the information I should know about him - refused to give me a username. Eventually my friend, a guy, got angry at the guy for getting so upset that I didn't know who he was. Afterwards the guy sent me a message saying "Why did you act so weird, didn't you know who I was?" I acted so weird because you scared the shit out of me in front of my friends, almost outed me..

I've had a few people come up to me (strangers) and say that they are fans of my Playboy work and are on my Facebook fanpage. It was super sweet and I had a conversation with them and took pictures with them which they put as their default on FB. I would do the same for premium members on MFC if they introduced themselves to me while I was out and about.

There's a model who lives nearby me and we've had this conversation...she said much the same as you girls, and it's really just common sense. Say hi, try to communicate who you are, pretend not to notice if she clearly doesn't recognise the name but tries to bluff it ( :lol: ), don't out her if she's with people (esp older people lol), just be normal basically lol.

Wow that's both awkward and creepy, I would have thought on both sides. Pretty self-centered for a member to expect you to guess who he might be, even if it hadn't been in front of your friends.

If the model is out with, say, her parents, I would hope that most guys would have enough common sense to not blurt "Hey, you're _____ from MyFreeCams! Your dildo show last night was sooo hot!" :lol: Talk about awkward.....

I wouldn't mind if someone recognized me and said hi. I would be surprised and flattered at the same time, because I'm not a super-popular, high camscore model.

However, if you happen to find me at my son's school, don't be blurting that comment mentioned above (even though I don't do public cum shows anyway). LOL. Say hi and introduce yourself. Just use your best judgement, because if I'm at my son's school and you're talking (very loudly) about how nice my ass looked covered with oil last night, that ain't cool.

I think it would depend on who was with me at the time. If it's just me, or me and the hubby, sure. I'll say hi! If I was with the kids or friends/family, you can say hi. Just don't say where exactly you know me. We're just internet friends, that's all they need to know. Mkay?

I've met 3 regulars in real life. 1 introduced himself properly but the other 2 could have done it better. They approached me when I was alone in the lunchroom at school. I told them if they were smart they wouldn't get stabbed by my fork or arrested from the security tapes. They apologized and then went about asking the right way if they could eat with me. Like the other girls already stated, introduce yourself like you would to any other person, quietly say where you recognize me and then move to a different topic. Unless we're at a camming or sex related public event don't linger on the fact that I cam for a living when we've just met.
Example of a good way to introduce yourself, "Hi, I'm John. We've met online. I just wanted to introduce myself."
That's it. Don't elaborate the online where unless asked and use common sense. I'm now friends with the 3 regulars I've met, they've met my roommate and are on my facebook.

The security guy was standing right next to the door and I was in plain view of the security cameras. There was no "real" danger. I was just making it clear that if they came too close I wouldn't be afraid to attempt to fight back. Plus, I was only alone for a total of 5 minutes that time because my two lunch buddies went to the bathroom (no security cameras in the hall :S ).

I finally had to block my state. It had gotten to the point where TWO of my ex-boyfriends came looking for me on MFC and tricked me into believing they didn't know me. SO the chances of someone actually finding my room from where I live are pretty slim.

However, I did actually meet a regular from MFC because he lives not too far from me. I go to his place to watch walking dead and we have played pool together. We actually went out with an old coworker for halloween together.

He knows that we are never going to hook up or anything. He's just someone to talk to and vice versa. I thought it would be weird, but it really isn't

I had planned to attend the AVN in Miami and just for this reason had 2 golf shirts made with my nic @ mfc over the pocket area so the girls I knew could recognize me without spooking them. Sadly the trip feel thru at the last minute. Oh well... another time. :-D

I've seen 2 of the local girls around but simply smiled and said hi while passing. Dont want to chance any fallout for them even tho I think everyone is aware of their job.

I'm a little bit paranoid... if I ever met someone from camming and they actually approached me and all that, I would probably freak out majorly and stop camming... or become a recluse who never leaves without sunglasses and a hat. Actually, now that I think of it, probably the latter. I'm way too much of an introvert to prefer real life interaction to camming.

It sounds to me, and what I've already determined...if you HAPPEN to recognize a cam model at Safeways, the public library, or even at church, just keep moving. Some models may be complemented by you recognizing them, but a huge number would be frightened to death if one of us pervs suddenly said, "hi! I'm RatNuts459 from the cam site!"

Maybe if you think you may at some point in your life run into a cam model, then ask every cam model you visit while ONLINE what their feelings are about accidental encounters, and take them at their word.

I had a member approach me at a Mcdonalds, I had time to kill before class and was updating my profile and checking out who was online. I have my state blocked so I never even think about it. But this guy came up to me and must have saw that I was on MFC and he said "are you a MFC model?? Mannnn, you must be... PSSHH why do all the cute hot models live in my state and I can never see them UGHH, well it was nice to meet you... Whoever you are..." and he walked away. Yea I was caught off guard lol

When I was in Vegas, I was gambling at one of the casinos and someone recognized me there. They were like "Hey Cassidy! I have seen you on Streamate" and were very nice, we made small talk, then I had to excuse myself because I was super drunk and needed to pee. Haha.

But, I am going to the AVN's in January and I have told people if they see me come say hi, but dont be a creep! I am going with a group of friends so I hope that doesnt scare them off.

Oh this happened to me before. I was in the mall looking for some clothes then i saw this man whom i thought " oh he looked handsome but too thin" ( i didn't knew that he was that guy whom i always chat with)

Then went near him and he was looking at me then he made a sound like " ahemm" that's when i found out that it was him but i got nervous so i pretend that i didn't know him. I wa so embarrassed cause i didn't fix my self enough.

Then when i went online he buzz me and said that he saw me :lol:

he have been inviting me for a lunch but i keep refusing i wonder though what it was that he wanted to say
