How to make your own emoji & anime react and showing on the screen

hi guys im very new here ... and just started online for 2 weeks now
Wonder how some model have an anime or emoji react to the tips on their screen and the number amount of tip showing on the screen too .. (picture is attached for example in case my English is making you guys confusing)
How can I get this works ... If anyone knows please kindly explain to me ...

Basically you need to use a program that allows you to composite sources into your output stream, like OBS or XSplit, and then you need a program that is monitoring the chat stream for tips.

For chaturbate, there is a thread here, where someone is selling a plugin for OBS that does it.

There are a few options for doing it on MFC running around, but I believe they are all custom at the moment (meaning not for sale).
