I'm not sure if it's illegal, but it's a very predatory thing to do to go into a place where people are 99% going to be under the influence of alcohol with the sole intention of taking them home and having sex with them on camera.

There are some serious moral issues there, taking someone home for sex when they're drunk is wrong as it is in my opinion, doing so and filming it is fucked up. You can dispute a contract you've signed if you say you were not in a sound state of mind at the time so perhaps there would be legal issues there.
