major issue now they just completely made it where im not verified on my own account...... nor is it loading in to re do the verification so now im not able to get online due to support messing up my account @Charlie_SC

@xChloe please help me this is insane..... they took the verifaction away all cuz i wanna change my address for my tax forms to get sent to..... now itsnot letting me redo it even at all its stuck loading and doesnt go thru...... or it tells me my face isnt recognized.... well sorry the ID was taken when i was pregnant and i lost over 100 pounds but yes its me...

As per our discussion yesterday, the reason your documents were rejected was to provide room for your new documents with your new address as you requested - this is the process the team is required to follow as you cannot have 2 different documents on one account.

Update: I have just spoken to the relevant team who advised your account is already active again without any restrictions.
