How long do you take to prepare before broadcasting?

Only takes me mintutes. Normally I brush my hair, sometimes straighten it, fix make up if need be (sometimes I go natural and some guys like that), pick out an outfit, slap it on, turn on lights, push the button and let's go! I do however sometimes smoke before and after a show just cause I get so nervous! I tend to over think things before I even start getting ready like "oh should I play a game." "Oh should I do this?" "Oh should I do that?"
