I'd follow her and make sure she knows its YOU who is following her and then see what she does. I'm talking about not initiating any contact beyond that. If she has a new twitter you won't get lost in the timeline, and if she wants to chat with you she will.
I think the options are 1. She likes you 2. You pushed too hard and now she's skeezed out and doesn't want to go pvt because you might just keep asking for a meet up (and she's not as ban happy as I am).
