Before I begin: This post is NOT an effort to disparage another model or whine or crap on their hard work. I have a genuine question in regards to the site and something she's running in her room.

I mentioned shills for models in another thread about moderators and who uses them and whatnot. There's a model running a notifier that says something like this:

"Please tip me as much as humanly possible between here and this date so I can send myself the highest tip in cam site history".

Would she honestly get that accolade even though it's a tip registered from one of her own accounts, or at least another member's account that she is feeding? Is this fair or unfair to other models? If it's "legal", why can't we all do it and get the same accolade?

I mean, when she tips herself, she's only going to get a fraction of that money back to her. So I guess in a way it's like investing in some advertising. I assume most models don't think the return on investment is worth it.

According to the link below, the highest tip was 169,169 in 2015, no idea if this is the highest now. At 8 cents/token, that would be roughly $13,500.

So say she spends $14,000 to tip herself 175,000 tokens; she’ll only be paid back 5 cents/token, so $8,750. At the end of the day, is it worth losing $5,250 from your pocket for this accolade?

your math would be correct if it wherent for her just being able to tip it all in tokens and not have to convert it from tokens in to dollars and then in to tokens again.

I think you're misunderstanding me. She isn't BUYING tokens, she's transferring tokens tipped to her model account into another seed account to later tip herself with the tokens bought by her tippers. She's doing in order to get the highest tip accolade on the blog.
