I would love to create some fun vids Ive tried mediafire.com I just get really confused with the private feature lol.I create a passwrod and then i tried sending one to a friend first she told me that she recieved the link to the video and downloaded it but that she was able to share it with anyone also that it didnt require a passwrd...I hate technology I double, triple checked on my account there it said it was private and did require a paswrd ,yet she still didnt need one. does anyone have a better way I can go about this with more secure features?/All advice and help would be reall appreciated thanks!

I use mediafire too. The password thing confuses me so when I'm not selling videos, I just make all my links set to private. That way nobody can get them. If guys wanted to share videos, they would just send the video file via yahoo or something like that. To stop guys from sharing links, I re-upload my videos every 2 weeks.

If they are gonna share their videos, there isnt much you can really do about it either. It sucks, but its the truth. Stupid freeloaders!!! GRRR!!! Lol.

An option that is less reliant upon your host having their shit together could be to use 7-zip or WinRar or whatever other utility to zip the video/pic sets/whatever into a password protected archive and then upload that. Though the password on the host instead of an archive does allow you to change the password as needed much more easily without having to re-compress and upload the file. :-(

Mediafire's FAQ make it sound pretty easy to set up the password stuff. Cannot imagine what's going wrong.

thanks guys :)imma try and see anyone else have good ways they do this/?

thanks :-D
