My passport expired and upon replacing, I keep gotting a decline error, it says I need to contact support for help but support has not been responsive.

Tickets number is : 20215712
Decline message:
‘The person you submitted ID for was already approved on this account. If you are replacing an existing ID with a newer ID, please let us know’
