Help Tokens not added to my account

I recently purchased 512 tokens along with other tokens as I want to spend time with my favorite model however the 512 tokens were not added and I asked for support help 3 times but they never replied can someone help

Also there is a user who is knight but does not have a star how can that be

You can buy ultimate membership (get the star) and be made a Knight) and then cancel Ultimate membership (no star).
You can still remain a knight.

The user has now contacted our official Support team via the correct Support email address and is being assisted.
