I received an email that my account had been suspended, but that by agreeing not to violate the rules again the punishment would be lifted. Could you inform me if it is possible to create an account again and broadcast on the platform, my nickname was: pleasurejuices

Do not create any additional new accounts until you resolve any and all issues with the banned account. Allow them some time to reinstate your current account if that's what they said they would do. Make sure everything with your current account is working again without suspension/ban. Only then, would I recommend disabling that account and creating a new account.
