If your "valid" legal passport was issued when you were underaged then it is NOT "legal" for CB to accept that as ID even if you are of legal age now

I issued my passport last year, it is completely valid because I am 30 years old. And it is valid until 2032. That's why I'm asking for help because it's a ban for no valid reason.

Hello, did you have a positive response from the support team, the same thing happened to me, they said they blocked me because my ID does not meet the terms, I sent an email exposing my house and attaching my new documents, but they did not respond
