1) email support asking for clarification and if they can share with you their proof on why you were banned. sometimes it depends on who is interpreting the tos and another admin will override their decision. but if they blatantly tell you why you were banned, and not budging, you must accept their decision. even how much you disagree and beg. sites can remove any model from the site for whatever reason. remember, you agreed to their terms.
2) stick to one ticket number. depending on the site emailing frequently or submitting multiple tickets about the same issue before getting a response will push you back to the end of the queue.
sometimes the site won't tell you exactly what you did, because they aren't required to do so.
3) do not message or tag amber. she has zero influence on your ban because she isn't an employee for any site. she owns and runs this unaffiliated cam support forum while streaming and managing her own content. please do not bother her.
4) sign up for any other site and be sure to read and follow the tos to T. the site you were banned from doesn't have a monopoly. you can make money on plenty of other sites. who knows you may have a better experience.
5) again. do not tag amber.
6) if you think you must post, please wait till you get a response from support or its been over 72 BUSINESS hours. be mindful that support teams are only made up of so many people and work schedules. their queues get full. be sure to check your spam folders. there are a few camsite reps that can look into your tickets here, but maybe limited. example: CB rep confirms if support replied to you or asking to email support. very rarely they will do more than that.
___
i know how stressful it is to be banned. purposefully and accidentally. its not fun. breathe, drink water, and you will get through it eventually.
