Help! I cannot confirm my age with a Russian passport

Hello, please help me I haven't been able to confirm my age for a month. I got a new passport and registered for CB, but writes - "a passport is required." Support said I needed an international passport or a driver's license, but I don't have either. I don't have the money to get such documents, but it takes 3 months to make an international passport, help me confirm my age using a local passport and start working already.
