Help! Broadcast ability suspended

Hello Team! I just made Chaturbate account and received a verification notification that my ID was approved, I tried to verify my boyfriend who will also be the webcam but I guess the photo ID was blurry and wasn’t approved... as I am new here I didn't understand what happened. He went on the WebCam with me and my account was banned to broadcast. He created his own account on Chaturbate and was approved, but now I am banned and unable to broadcast. I verified my ID on his new account, but it says I’m an ineligible person. We are both over 21 with valid IDs.

Please help me to unblock. Whatever photo or proof you want I can provide you.

I am new here so please consider me and ask me any documents to proof that make me register.

I already talked with support team but they just send me same message again and again. And it will auto reply.
