Help a new girl?

Hello ladies I'm a newer model and was wondering if I can get some help. I model for mfc and when I go to pvt or group nobody can see me they say it's a black screen. So I thought I try a different web browser. So I tried to use google chrome and at the bottom of the page it says volume off I try to click it but nothing happens.any advice on how to fix any of these problems ?

Did you check your options? Is there noise in your area when you see the volume says off? Mine says off when it isn't picking up noise. Yell at it, see if it changes.
