Hello @punker_Barbie My studio account was banned without reason pls help

Hello, I am fairly new to chaturbate and I have multiple models currently running (while I was trying it out) and multiple more that would like to stream because of the results.

I’ve been doing it for less than a week and all models are under my studio account. The models accounts are not banned and are perfectly fine but randomly my studio account was banned. We’ve streamed on it one time (a while ago) and it was a quick 5 min stream to see how apps and games work.

Now we have over 3k we’ve made in 4 days from our models that is frozen in the account because our studio account has been banned.

The ban came after this:

My partners ID is verified on the studio account and I attached our business bank account for payouts. I put my name on the business bank account because we didn’t have a option for both of our names and chaturbate contacted me and said I need to verify my ID so I verified my ID on the studio account That my partners ID was already on. I’m not sure if this is what caused the ban but I was told my support to do so then the next day we got banned. Now we have a model currently streaming whose money is about to go to a banned studio account along with even more money that is frozen. I’d like to know if maybe it was a simple misunderstanding by banning our studio account and if we did do something wrong I’d like to fix it and do it differently moving forward instead of a full lifetime ban.

If we cannot resolve this will we at least receive the money? My models worked quite hard for it and now they’re freaking out. Especially the girl streaming now because she made roughly 2k this stream and we don’t know where it’s going.

Hey @punker barbie my studio account rl_talent was banned without reason.

I’m very new to CB and my account was running as a studio account for six days before being banned. And I think I know the reason why.

I believe it was a simple misunderstanding because I reached out to chatter Bay about daily payouts, and they denied my request. Reaching out to them, led them to look into my account and they noticed that my partner’s name was verified with ID and my name was on the business bank account information. I was told to verify my ID so I did then after I verified my ID the account was banned. Like I said we’re pretty new to chatter bait, but we’ve made $5600 in the past six days alone. I am wondering if it is possible to get our studio account back or if we violated some other terms of service that we were unaware of.

If we did violate some terms of service and there is no getting our account back, we would like to request our payout so we can pay our models.

If it was a simple misunderstanding, we would like access back to the account to fix whatever the issue might’ve been. We also had a model streaming under our studio while our studio account was banned, and it says those tokens have been uploaded to our studio, but we don’t know where they went.
