Unfortunately its been happening a lot where models that appear to look underage have been reported & banned from CB. Its one of the parts of CB that only a few can be helped with.

Saying it from my point of view, some would say that looking younger would be a nice thing to say to a model, but from the way that a lot of adult webcams sites work, unfortunately looking young can be a bad thing. It would come under the part of (as Support have already stated) looking under the age of 18, which from the view of the adult sites can look bad for them.

I'd try to talk to support nonetheless. Your face indeed looks quite young and maybe leave away the teddy bears in your broadcasts (just an example, I haven't seen a complete broadcast)? Accept the fact that you ARE young looking, so make the environment that you cam in "adult" looking if you know what I mean.



Is the mail really from January 2017? That's over a year ago.
