In my experience, models vary greatly in how they approach PMs.

I’ve had a model with 2500 people in her room and active tippers stop briefly to PM me an unsolicited hello (granted I am a regular, but still... went out of her way to do it and I didn’t expect her to.) I’ve also had models with fewer than 10 members in their room avoid both chatting and PMing with any of them. Might depend on the model’s personality, and the type of members she’s trying to keep around. No right or wrong answer.

I’ve said in another thread that flirting (often on PM) is easily half the fun for me and is what keeps me tipping/coming back. BUT, I don’t overdo it, and I know when to stop (and when to take the chat to the main room). As long as the member is not too clingy or annoying (which might be asking a lot, from the sound of it), one-on-one friendliness is a pretty powerful incentive for some visitors to come back regularly.

It’s easier to detach myself from a model I’ve rarely/never interacted with. It’s easier to stop visiting her room if there is no reason to think she would notice or care. Just something to consider while trying to build an audience.

haha oh nooooo @ForceTen don't give me any tokens to prove your point that would be really bad haha

I'm also kidding, this post made me laugh and that's enough for a tip, thank you

There's my opinion:
1. If you're a public show based model, you may want to set the "no PMs at all" or "no PMs unless you're a fan club member/regular" rule.
(Regulars usually understand the situation and won't test your limits. If they don't, they aren't the people you want to keep around anyway).

2. If you're a private show based model, you may want to set the price (a little higher than your current one) for PM but make clear that your PM is for business purposes only.

When they tip, you answer 3-5 questions about your private show.
If there are more questions, the chances are you're communicating with a text wanker (someone who jerks off to your (or even their own) text descriptions. And sexting is a paid service.

If someone asks why they have to pay for a PVT discussion (especially if you have a small room), you may want to answer in the nicest way that it's just a litmus test to determine who's being serious about PVT and who isn't.
(Let's be honest here. If someone isn't willing to tip 20-30 tokens, they clearly have no intention (and probably, tokens) to take you private. Therefore, they're here to waste your time).

Good luck! ❤
