Havent received my payment

Hello i still havent received my payment for the 1-15 january pay period, first chaturbate told me there was some error , next they told me cosmopayment rejected my payment( i asked them and they said they dont reject payments) and now chaturbate said my payment is send for the third time and my payment its still not in my account, what should i do to receive my money? @punker barbie hello can this issues be checked? Chaturbate keep saying that cosmopayment rejected my payment, but they check it for me and it was not rejected ,cosmopayment say its technical issue from chaturbate can this be solved? Thanks
