Yes, (power outage though not specifically internet) however that was years ago. I happily live near a bunch on emergency services so power outages never last longer than a few minutes.
Downside- sirens all the time.
Upside- every time someone makes the corny joke "they're coming after you" I get to respond "Yep, because nice guys finish last"
I've had one internet outage, but than was right after they installed internet in my area (they literally installed it right before I planned on moving to the area.) Hasn't happened since, and that was over a year. I figure it was simply something needed a finishing touch or whatever. Didn't last long, and didn't happen while on cam.

I've been in a few rooms where there's either been an internet outage, power outage or emegency happen where the model had to leave (storm sirens, fire alarm, etc).
i live on an island and it used to happen a lot. after the last hurricane my isp was forced to fix the cables that stretch over to us, and that has solved my intermittent connection i've experienced on and off since moving here.
on sm, it sucks when it's a gold show and my internet goes out. i only get paid if the show starts and completes. if it's sm's fault or if there was a minute left in the show, sometimes they will give me an adjustment.

Frequently. My ISP likes to test the servers between 1am and 6pm, which is when I'm usually online. It always just becomes a film night instead.

Quite a few times especially when I cammed late at night (for the same reasons @SaffronBurke mentioned). And it's always fun trying to figure out whether it's my ISP or the site because both are known for being super glitchy.

no but i've been in a private before when MFC went down, i was pissed
If "me unplugging the cam with my foot by accident" counts as an outage, then yes. More than once

That happened to me once with a model, same with losing ISP connection. Both times, when was able to connect back up, my account was about 300 tokens less than when the connection dropped. Hopefully it went to the model, and not up in smoke...
