Has Payoneer stopped working with cam site payments?

Hey guys ,I would like to know if Payoneer no more allows paying to webcam performers? .Can Payoneer accept payment be initiated by cam-sites via third party payment solution (ACH or sepa Transfers) .Will Payoneer ban if one clearly mention in their fill in questionnaire about working as ''web cam performer and receives payment from cam-sites''?

Payoneer is now called firstchoice pay. That may be why Payoneer seems to have disappeared? They are definitely still a major payment processor for cam sites.
