Got ripped off on Chaturbate

So this guy came into my room THREE WEEKS AGO and tipped me during Keno. 286 tokens. I gave him everything he asked for because that's what I do. I don't scam people out of tokens; if you tip, I give what you want. Well, today I log on and see I have a balance of -286 tokens. I look to see what's wrong and it says I have an Admin token adjustment because he complained. WTF. I emailed support so hopefully they will be able to tell me the exact reason. It's so dumb. And I'm not a top earning model so 286 tokens is a lot for me.

If I'm allowed, I'd like to post his name just in case he's a member of the forums... or that you all can go report him for abuse. I'm near tears and don't know what to do. I'd go back to MFC but my cam score is in the 400s so I doubt I'll make the money I did on chaturbate.

It's probably what they call a chargeback. It mostly happen when someone is using a stolen credit card.

There is not a camgirl around who has not fallen for the old amazon gift card scam or the old fake token scam but all that matters is you lost a little and not a lot. We on this board have heard horror stories of girls losing 6,000 or 7,000 tokens because some asshole wanted a freebie. 286 tokens equates to maybe about 14 dollars and if you are as good of a camgirl as I think you are, you can make 14 dollars back in no time. The person who handles things on here when it comes to chaturbate is punker barbie or shirley. Punker Barbie is not on the board as often as she probably should be but she can help you out with your chaturbate problem. MFC much like Livejasmin are not easy places to make money unless you have a large following or are already a full fledged porn star so dont worry about those sites. There are plenty of good cam sites online that you could try out and make money from. You could always multitask if you want to extend your income. You could do phone sex while camming while selling clips online while doing skype shows and whereas that sounds like a lot of work, it ends up being a good grip of long green in your pocket at the end of the week. Never drop all your eggs in one basket because there are days when camming dries up and you will need something to fall back on. Never let a client make you cry cause as long as you got that pussy between your legs, his ass is going to need you a lot more than you need him. I always had a harder time on the token site so I would be PISSED if that happened. Im happy someone tipped them back for you! :D

You would think that, but I think that since there's so many cam sites that these sites are worried that if they don't make the customer happy that they'll take their business elsewhere.

Why not do phone sex until things pick back up? You might not become a millionaire from it but pso'ing will keep the proverbial wolf from howling at your door. If PSO'ing is not your thing, you can always create and sell clips. You are young and pretty and that always secures you a check in this business.

Not a chargeback but a member asking CB for a refund. They give them refunds even before asking you what's up, even when the complaint is ridiculous, and never give you your balance back. If you cam on CB you need to know that this happens and make your monthly goals a bit higher as a cushion. I would say if you are making a livable amount on CB know that keeping 1% to 2% aside for refunds and chargebacks is a smart way to go. Chaturbate will always side with the customers when it comes to tokens: refunds, chargebacks, etc and against you, but luckily only a small percentage of members act like this. You could also look into geo-blocking Mexico, India, Pakistan, Brasil, and the Emirates since those countries have the highest rate of credit card fraud plus the least spending members overall. This would reduce the possibility of getting chargebacks and maybe also refunds.
