Hello, I have an issue with a customer who is willing to pay me to have control of the lush, but when I generate the code in the Control App, it doesn’t work. He either gets link expired or a 404 error page not found. Am I doing it wrong? Is there a way to use the browser?

I’m using the Control App
PC an Android phone

Thanks you lovely peeps.

Are you loading the extension to chrome browser or are you running the extension with the complete 'lovense browser' installed?

Also have you tried to generate the code through the browser extension instead of the phone app itself? But in general giving control links has been more a frustration since they chanced from the bodychat app.

To be honest when I get control for session we just switch the the Lovense Remote app since the control options are better. You just need to swipe closed the lovense remote app first. You have problems if you don't remember to swipe them close after use. It's also good since it allows you to sync control if the other person has certain lovense products.

I have been playing around with both Lovense Connect and Lovense Remote, and I would give another vote for switching over to Lovense Remote when you want to give a viewer remote control. You have to terminate the Lovense Connect app, and then when you are done with Remote you have to terminate it and restarts Lovense Connect before going back to the webcam site having control. What a giant pain! Why don't they just make the Lovense Remote app the one and only application for controlling their devices and integrate their Chrome Extension to work with that?

In Lovense Remote, you need to direct your viewer to the "Love Control" function, which is hidden away deep down in the functionality so as to be not obvious at all. That is the interface that works interactively rather well. In the chat window when connected to the remote viewer, there is a "+" sign in the bottom right corner, to the right of where you enter a chat message. Press "+" and then select "Live Control" and do NOT select "Patterns". The model will get a dialog asking for permission to "Give Up Control". Your *viewer* is the one selecting these functions, so models you need to be able to guide them to these interfaces.

The alternative is to use the "Patterns" interface, which is horrific. Everything about patterns looks badly done. They cannot be edited so mistakes cannot be corrected and patterns cannot be improved. Patterns do not clearly tell you which power levels are being used at each part of the pattern. You see the shape of the pattern but there are no numbers on the scale. The patterns can be created and stored in public view by anyone, and as a result they now have many hundreds of these thing and you have no idea which ones are good or bad. There is no rating system, so you cannot filter good from bad. The whole pattern interface needs to be rethought and re-implemented. There is huge potential in that feature but the implementation is only for the ultra-advanced user.

My overall impression at this point is that Lovense has amazing capability, but they do an amazing job of hiding it all and making it much more difficult to use than it should be. Why do so few models advertise a Lovense Remote option? That is probably because so few viewers and models can ever figure it out.

"Live Control" not "Love Control" I guess that was a Freudian slip. lol

So I am going to partly correct myself. I installed Chrome Extension and then ran both Lovense Connect and Lovense Remote on my Android device. I was able to simultaneously support tipping on CB together with interactive control by a remote user.

That is actually phenomenal because you could continue the normal tipping interactions in a room, while selling an additional ability to control the vibrator interactively to single remote viewer at a time.

I tried to create conflicts between the two applications, and the testing suggests that the Lovense Remote application will always win the contest. If Lovense Remote is actively vibrating, the tips in the room have no effect. If the tips in the room are causing vibrations on the Lovense and someone starts a new vibration remotely on the Lovense Remote application, that will interrupt the vibrations in the room and substitute whatever the remote viewer was playing. That seems like a reasonable way to establish precedence between the two applications since the person using the Lovense Remote application has paid more money for the privilege of controlling the vibrator. If that person is doing nothing though, the tips in the room still happen.

Has anyone else seen conflicts between these two applications?
