Hii,

I've a general enquiry regarding payment. Does anyone faced the issue why debit or credit cards are having processing issue. No matter how much i try to upgrade to supporter or purchase tokens of any value it's giving card processing issue everytime.. Feedbacks shall be highly appreciated..

Have been receiving response from time to time but support is unable to help to irradicate the issue. That's why posted here to get slightest idea from anyone who might have been facing this issue. Any suggestions comments are helpful..

At one point I had multiple accounts with different email addresses. Account 1 worked no problem. Account 2 always failed, despite it using the same debit card. I found that in the payment details, if I changed the email address in the form to match that used in account 1, they then both worked fine. I'm not sure if you have multiple accounts but if you do then try this.

That one makes no sense to me at all

Did the email address you were using have anything interesting about it? I remember once I encountered a billing system that would auto reject anything with cuba didn't matter where it was in the information.
No, they were both fairly innocent email addresses. I think it only asks that question at the initial set up of payment details but it seemed to solve the problem and I've never had an issue since.

So, email id may be the culprit as per your xperience?? Support deleted all card information from file as per request but still it didn't work..

Have you contacted your bank or financial institution to see if they are declining the charge and why? My bank used to flag CB transactions as potential fraud until I told them, "I'm having a wank and you're spoiling the mood." [1]

My first thought is your bank is freezing it on their end due to the purchase being on an adult sites. Banks do that often. You have to call them up and talk with someone to make it go through. It's part of their efforts at fraud protection.

Some sites also require support to clear your account for your first ever purchase on their site. However I wasn't aware that CB was one of them, and I don't remember having problems making purchases on there for the first time myself.

Already had conversation with bank it's clear from their side. Generally credit cards might get rejected dur to fraud protection but it shouldn't be the case with debit ones..

It shouldn't be an issue until and unless some high suspicious activity alerts goes to financial institution.. But unfortunately support says they don't have control over chip processor and the cards they accept..

Happens at my bank with my debit card all of the time. I never used a credit card for porn. Lots of banks have all these sites book marked as highly suspicious, simply because they are porn. My bank does. So Everytime I want to tip or buy something on certain sites I have to call them and tell them Im watching porn again. It's great /s. Lovely having to talk with a banker before I masturbate to porn. No wonder i've developed a weird obsession w accountants lol.
