Not including social media outlets like twitter where you can advertise your hours

How often do you text your members? Maybe on snapchat, or some texting app.

Do you take the initiative and send a brief "hello" if there's been a lack of contact? or wait for them to show up in your room?

Nah. I don't like to feel like I'm chasing my clients down, that's weird to me. I pull no punches when telling them that I'm 100% business, 0% personal. So if they have messaging privileges and don't use them, it's not something I give a lot of thought to. They know the onus is on them to say something if they'd like to. I'm not going to hit them up just to say "Hi."

I've rarely ever heard members ok with models doing that. I keep in contact via social media and email in the sense that I'll get back to folks within 24 hours. I don't chase people down though. I do offer Snapchat, and tend to check it more regularly, as those members have actually paid for that service, but I don't check it every minute, and normally I don't message them first. The closest thing to me messaging them first via SnapChat would be if I really wanted them to see a certain snap, and it would likely be left at that other than us chatting there about the snap later after they got it.

Once when I had a rather long hiatus, I snapped everyone on my list saying I was online, but normally I don't do that at all. That particular hiatus lasted about a month.

If there's lack of contact it doesn't mean it's my fault, and it's likely none of my business. It could either be he found a new model, got into a relationship, busy etc...

No point in looking desperate.

I sell Snapchat for a one time tip, and all my fan club members have access. I don't use my story often. There's a limit on the number of naughty pics per day. I send out notices when I log on, but I know that's not what you're talking about.

Usage really depends on the person. I have 3 people who message me almost daily and a few more who chat regularly. Every once in a while I'll reach out to an active regular first but only for casual chit chat. For example, one fan club member is a chef, so I sent him pics of food I made and ask for cooking advice over the holidays. I leave people alone if there's been a lack of contact.

I prefer to let them make contact first. Only on rare occasions would I initiate contact. (For example, if someone told me they had an upcoming surgery I might ask how it went or wish them well that day.) I never want them to feel like I am chasing them down or pressuring them to interact more than they are comfortable with.

There are a ton of cam girls of twitter giving out their snapchat; Because they know it's a super effective marketing tool. Going to cam later? snap chat hours. Starting coming, snap chat again to let people know you started. reach goal, snap chat. The whole point is to get people into your room tipping.
