I'm a regular on sites like MFC and Chaturbate. Normally I like to purchase the models video content so I have something to watch on my own time. Usually this process is pretty smooth, I give the model the appropriate currency and in a day or two I have my content. However, three months back, I purchased custom content from a model and she never sent it. This wasn't a new model either, I have done private shows in the past with her without any issues. In fact, all communication ceased immediately afterward. This has never happened to me before, so I'm heated. I realize I won't get my money back, but what can I do? Is there a blacklist or something so I can make sure she doesn't do this kind of shit to anyone else? I know every model is different, but that left a negative impression on me that I will not soon forget.

Contact the site. Let them know. They will probably issue you a refund if you ask.

Have you asked her about it?
I have tried contacting her a few times. Nothing negative to figure out what the problem was. I've sent about three emails now, one every few weeks, but no response. Under normal circumstances, I would just take the hint and let it be. But these are outstanding circumstances, so ignoring it is not an option.

Have you been using the same email address? It might be going to her spam folder at this point.

Before I agreed to pay for her content, we worked out the details via email. But it is definitely a possibility that my messages are marked as spam now.

I purchased her content with a giftcard from her Amazon wishlist.
Yeah... that sucks. Tokens man, it's rare to get them back but it's at least possible with supports help.
