People do this sort of thing on Twitch and even MFC all the time. I put up away ads when I step off cam for a minute, even. In my opinion, this sort of thing is not an issue.
She has over 300 thousand followers. How can you say it's impossible that a mere 800 or so of them got notification her stream was live (even though yes it's just an ad she's displaying for a period of time) and they're in there waiting for her show to start? It's not like this is some fake account scamming, she's a legitimate performer who just runs her room differently than you seem to think is proper.
I guess I don't feel 800 is a lot and is a reasonable possibility when a model has hundreds of thousands of followers.
If by "studio rooms" you mean, among others, SpanishCouple (like a few members have pointed on this thread), then let me tell you that they are NOT a standard studio room. With a VPN I could watch their shows last week and they run a highly scripted, entertaining and gimmicky room.. plus they have the most #1 placements this month beating both Mykinkydope and me and you DO NOT get #1 on bots. To get #1 you need to have the entire site watching you, over 1000 registered users. They have a buzz and their show is great and yes, they could have 800 viewers waiting in their room even with greys muted.
