I learned that lesson a loooong time ago when I was looking for a boyfriend: (I tend to vibe best with older men) I will take a GENEROUS man with a work ethic and few costs (no alimony, no kids) looooong before a 'rich guy' who has to puff himself up on prestige. When I lived on the East Coast, and now the West - and growing up in between I have always lived in University towns. Surgeons on dating websites sounds hot as hell, doesn't it?? We've all seen Grey's Anatomy and Dr. McHottie, but any doc who hasn't been practising for at least ten years is still paying off that $100k/semester Med School student loan. A trucker can easily make $100k a year if he stays on the road constantly bc he hasn't settled down yet. I'm sure this isn't new info for you girls.
