Hey girls, I have never posted here before but I see some familiar (and pretty) faces here!

Epassporte has closed it's doors. It seems the money people had on their Visa accounts was much safer that the money people were storing in their wallets. Most of my money was in my wallet but I suppose I am lucky because I only had about 2 grand in there.

So anyway... in early/mid September, I requested a bank wire transfer of the funds from my wallet. I now get the feeling the transfer is never going to happen.

My question to you ladies is: Has anyone out there had a successful bank wire transfer since Epassporte froze everyone's accounts? Or for anyone out there who is still waiting for theirs to go through... how long have you been waiting now?

Just wondering if I should hold out any hope.

Thanks!

Waiting since 13th of September on any movement in transfers ..I had 2 OK'd transfers and have been kept in the dark with the same response each and every time: it takes longer because of the current Visa situation normally 7-10 working days now up to 3 weeks.

I am waiting on over $50K , so I am going to cut off Malicks balls when he has used the money on our E-Wallets to finance his Movie adventure......I have a very bad feeling about this ....I still remember the 3-4 messages from E-passporte : do not worry your money is safe ..I believe it when I have it in my bank account. It has been awful quite since Monday. I know by the way people with over $500K stuck in their E-wallets so I should be lucky :woops:

MilaMilanXXX,

Wow you have so much money in your wallet. I have been doing some reading about this Chris guy and I am also getting the feeling that the wallet feature was created so he could someday scam epassporte users. I am worried I will not ever see the money from my wallet but I am in no position to complain because you had ALOT more in there. My heart goes out to you! I hope there is SOME way to get that money back! Good luck to you.

And yes I have received the same standard e-mail from epassporte as you have... that it should take 7-10 days but will take longer because so many people are withdrawing right now. I wish I believed them!

Good luck xoxox

My card worked at the ATM today. All my money was on the card, not e-wallet.

ahh good to hear, I'm gonna be heading out in a bit to snag my money off my card. I don't know how much is on there but I'll pull out the max allowed and try again tomorrow to see what else is leftover.

Movie adventure...at least at the box office, Mallick lost millions...unlikely that dvd sales and merchandising will make up for this.

I can confirm that even here in Thailand the Visa card works again...shame I only have 0.5% of my money on there ( and I only can take it out in $320 tranches > sucks > pay $5 for each ATM use...nice one StKitts)

Message from Epassporte today :

October 7, 2010

Dear Account Holder:

St. Kitts Bank has announced that Visa Cards have been reactivated and funds are available to be withdrawn as of today. If you have funds on your Virtual Visa Card, please use your Visa Electron Card at ATM.s or Points of Sale Merchant locations. You can also use your Visa Virtual Card for online purchases. If your card is not working or you require assistance with the funds on your Visa Card, please contact SKNANB at https://www.sknanb.com/message.htm.

If you have funds on your ePassporte Wallet Account, we kindly ask that you direct all correspondence to one address: walletrequests@epassporte.com. Please be patient with us during this time as we have encountered a large number of fraudulent requests and are working with a small staff to review accounts manually.

Dozens of emails are being sent to individuals no longer employed or contracted by ePassporte, to Mr. Gregory Elias and United Bank and none of these individuals can answer your requests. More importantly, your requests will not be forwarded to ePassporte. It is extremely important all wallet related inquires are sent to walletrequest@ePassporte.com.

Please expect a definitive date for wallet wires to go out on or before October 18th.

Once again, we regret the inconvenience and problems not having access to your funds has caused. We are working diligently to get this resolved. We ask for your continued patience as we sort through the many issues with the Bank and Visa as well as our Fraud Prevention System.

Sincerely,

ePassporte
Yes right I have been waiting for almost a month on two simple money wires even MFC seems to be able to do in 2 days, I believe it when I see it

Have you noticed also, how that letter is not signed by chris? Some of the previous ones were signed by Chris the owner of epassporte but now it is just signed "epassporte"

I wonder if it is because Chris has disassociated himself with epassporte now that he's stolen all our money?
