Hi @xChloe @Charlie_SC I just got an email that my documents had been reviewed and rejected for my account @pretty_caramel I have no idea why.
Please help me understand what could be the issue as my acc had been verified before.

But typically, if documents are rejected without any specific reason, that means that the main person has registered another account on the site (in that case, documents from a "previous" account are automatically rejected).
