To be fair, 6 tickets in the space of 48 hrs is a lot for anywhere.
In future the best thing is to always just create 1 ticket, if you hear nothing in 24-48hrs, then give them another message (try respond to the same ticket/message if you can, instead of opening another ticket.
This is the case with any support.
Remember that Stripchat has become larger and larger and if everyone opens 6 tickets so fast they may end up being seen by multiple different support agents, which leads to things being confusing and taking longer, so, although it can be horrible and frustrating, at least give ANY support 24-48hrs to respond.
