Could you please help with this situation

I have just got my account @robbarton unbanned from Chaturbate and I went into @just_emmy's room for the first time today this year. The only thing I said in chat was "Beautiful voice". Then @paleale68 told @just_emmy to read his private message. Next thing I know is I was banned from @just_emmy's room for no legitimate reason.

What can I do in a situation like this? Please help. I've sent multiple requests to Chaturbate support last year in regards to this same issue but I'm tired of being banned from this room with no logical reason other than @paleale68 telling the broadcaster @just_emmy to ban me from her room because he doesn't like me. @punker barbie

The 1 month that I spent in the broadcaster's room between April 2 and May 2, 2024 (the day I was banned from her room the first time), that user would private message me everyday. I told him to stop PM'ing me and to leave me alone. I had to leave her room as soon as he joined the room so that I could watch her show in peace.

In her chat on May 2, 2024, he demanded that I be removed from her room and she kicked me from her room shortly after.

During the time that these Direct Messages took place, I didn't even go into her room at all and it was also after he found out that my account was unbanned from her room. He didn't know that the ban was for 30 days.

I've wrote to support about this user several times.

To be honest, the only thing I wanted to do was say hello to the broadcaster and to tip her when I was able to. Instead, everyday I am bothered (harassed) by this user and I can't even watch her show without him causing me problems.

You know what…I actually do feel that it sucks that you got banned, and that this model allows this moderator to have this much control. I do think this guy has it out for you, because you told him to stop PMing you and leave you alone (and he’s ridiculous for that, imo). I find it unnecessary for two members to PM each other, and I don’t blame you for telling that guy to stop. He keeps calling you a stalker and creepy (I mean…just don’t make any more accounts, dude…). But HE is the one I’m seeing as the “bad guy” here. He’s probably one of those guys who can’t handle being told no…or he thought he’s entitled to be able to PM you whenever he wants (which is fucking obnoxious). I’m glad you shut him down. That moderator title went to his head, I think.

This guy has also admitted in one of the screenshots that he “has feelings for” this model. I think he’s got her wrapped around his little finger, and he wants you out of the picture. And this girl ain’t even thinking for herself. She sent you a secret message telling you bye with a sad face? And the idea of making a poll “Do you think I should ban this member or not?” just sounds ridiculous and petty to me. Ban whoever tf you want. Everything doesn’t need to be a damn game.

Sorry, but if you’re going to continue visiting cam sites, you need to be visiting models who aren’t brainwashed by a controlling moderator…and don’t have all this kind of moderator bullshit going on. This is just too much. But I will also say…if a model does ban a member from her room, she should be allowed to make that decision. She shouldn’t have to get it approved by the cam site, like you were suggesting. That rule should never change.

No one on here is ever going to convince me that having a moderator is a good idea. Models need to have full control of their room, and stop giving men the authority to kick/ban members…lecture members…etc. Handle that shit yourself.

Yeah this is a tough one to pick a side on. I kinda sympathize with OP, but then there's also some solid points against him. However one thing I can 100 percent support, is this no mods thing. It just seems like have male mods causes a bunch of unnecessary friction and problems.

There's a lot of drama here with members complaining they clashed with a mod in a models room. I know it sucks dealing with rude members and trolls, but it seems just doing it ourselves is the best idea. Just their presence, even if they are being angels, is gonna be a huge turn off for many men.

Say the situation were reversed and I had to get through a flank of other chicks to get attention from a dude I thought looked hot - it would be a turn off. It's not a context where you're like in for the long haul or marriage, you just wanna get your rocks off. So what's the motivation to compete, or deal with it, when you could just blow the whole room off and get a quick Easy fix elsewhere? Total mood killer.

good point, whenever I see red or uppercase letters I immediately get alarmed on an unconscious level.

Thank you gals... Starting a conversation with you models is worth a great deal more to me than everything I've endured over the past year. I just wish it was under better circumstances.

Also, to honor the last secret interaction I had with the broadcaster, I'm not going to her streams anymore. In fact, I'm not coming back to chaturbate at all.

To be honest, the broadcaster saying goodbye to me after everything that has happened over the past year, means a lot to me - in a good way.
